General

SERVER LOG FILES
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files". These are:
Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
These data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
Notes regarding objection
For this purpose, a cookie is stored on the device, preventing user data from being collected when the user visits this website. In order for the objection to take effect, the cookie must be stored on every device used. As the cookie is stored in specific browsers (internet programs), the cookie must be stored in every browser if several browsers are used on one device (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox). Please also note that, if you delete all cookies, the objection cookie will also be deleted and will need to be stored again.
Contact forms
When you use the contact form, we process your title, first and last names, email address and, where appropriate, your postal address. The data is processed based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 b) of the EU GDPR for the purpose of receiving the query formulated in the contact form.
Regular data erasure deadlines
Personal data is routinely deleted if it is no longer required for the performance of a contract (e.g. employment, subsidy, rental, purchase or service contracts), if there is no separate consent on the part of the persons concerned, or if legally stipulated storage obligations and periods do not require longer data storage.
Planned transfers of data to third countries
As a general principle, data will not be transferred to third countries. Exceptions are possible under exceptional legal circumstances. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if you have given your express consent, if processing is necessary to process a contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO), if processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, and if processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests. If we commission third parties with the processing of data based on a so-called "contract processing agreement", this is done based on Art. 28 DSGVO.
The rights of the data subject
You are entitled to enquire about your personal data and its processing, to have the data corrected if necessary, and to request restriction of processing or the erasure of the data. The data will then be erased. If you have any questions or complaints about this website, please contact the reew.berlin team (see contact information provided below). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible data protection supervisory authority. The responsible authority in this case is the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
